OUR MISSION

Harnessing the wisdom of nature to promote sustainable living through education, herbal practices and compassionate care.

OUR STORY

Two women embrace lovingly, eyes closed, with a plain light gray background. One woman has short light brown curly hair and glasses, wearing a beige knitted top. The other woman has long dreadlocks tied up, with a tattoo on her shoulder, wearing a gray off-the-shoulder top.

My journey into the world of herbs and natural remedies began at a young age, thanks to my grandmother. She opened my eyes to the incredible potential of herbs and natural remedies to support and heal the body. Growing up, I was fascinated by the power of plants and the wisdom of traditional healing practices.

Inspired by my grandmother, I pursued a formal education in biology with a minor in chemistry. This academic background deepened my understanding of the science behind natural remedies and allowed me to blend my passions for science and herbalism. Over the years, I had the privilege of studying with numerous medicine men and women, learning from their vast knowledge and experience.

With a strong foundation in both science and traditional wisdom, I launched my own herbal business. Through my experiences in teaching customers and sharing knowledge on social media, I realized a greater calling. This led me to establish my own herbalism school, where I have been honored to teach thousands of people around the world.

I continue to teach from a place of love and dedication because I believe that every household deserves the benefit of an herbalist. My great-grandmothers, who were root workers from Acworth, Georgia, imparted their wisdom to my grandmother, Quindolyn Rice, who then passed it on to me. It is through their legacy that I am able to share this knowledge today.

I am who I am because of the incredible women who came before me. Their teachings and traditions continue to inspire and guide my work, and I am deeply grateful for the path they paved.

Embrace Tradition

In every leaf, root, and flower, there is wisdom passed down through generations. Here, we honor the ancient traditions of working with plants as medicine not just as a practice, but as a way of life. Whether you're blending your first herbal tea or crafting time-honored remedies, you're part of a living lineage.
