Virtual Introduction to Herbal First Aid

April 12th | 3:00 PM EST | Live Online

Join us for an in-depth 2-hour virtual workshop designed to introduce you to the practical foundations of Herbal First Aid. This session is rooted in clear, skill-based learning—focused on helping you understand how to safely and effectively use herbs to support the body in everyday situations.

Herbal first aid is not about replacing emergency care—it is about knowing how to respond in the moment, how to support the body’s natural processes, and how to work with plants in a way that is both informed and responsible. Whether you are supporting yourself, your family, or your community, this workshop is designed to help you build confidence and clarity in your approach.

A detailed supply list will be provided upon purchase, allowing you to gather your materials ahead of time and fully participate in the hands-on portions of the workshop.

Throughout this session, we will not only cover foundational knowledge, but also actively create remedies that you can begin using right away.

What We’ll Cover

Understanding the role of herbal first aid and when it is appropriate to use

Safety, dosage awareness, and key contraindications

Core herbs for common concerns such as cuts, burns, irritation, inflammation, and insect bites

Preparation methods used in first aid settings, including salves, poultices, and compresses

How to begin building and organizing a functional herbal first aid kit

Hands-On Remedy Making

During this workshop, we will prepare three foundational herbal remedies commonly used in first aid care. These may include:

A soothing herbal salve for skin support

A fresh or dried herb poultice for immediate application

An herbal infusion or wash to assist with cleansing and recovery

You will leave with not only the knowledge of how these remedies work, but the practical experience of making them yourself so you can confidently recreate them when needed.

Participation

A full supply list will be provided after registration. Participants are encouraged to gather materials in advance to follow along during the live demonstrations.

This workshop is designed for herbalists, students, and anyone interested in developing a more prepared, capable, and informed approach to everyday care using herbs.

If you want, I can also add a pricing section, urgency (limited seats), or a stronger call-to-action to help you convert more registrations.
